  • Looking for a warm, pleasant and comfortable working environment? Our office is located in a charming townhouse with a cozy city garden in the heart of Kontich! 🙌

  • Our people are our number one priority. That's why we believe it's important to celebrate special events together. Check out our birthday wheel!

  • Because the bow can't always be tight, we regularly take off with the whole TML gang. We play sports together, organize fun team activities or go on a weekend trip.

  • Every two weeks, we organize "The Master Labs Talks" where a colleague explains their current project. Interesting!

  • We work hard but also make time to have fun together. Can we offer you a drink and a little snack?

  • We are already counting down to our next ski holiday! With both skiers and non-skiers we always make it a great time.

Do you mind if we take a moment for ourselves first? Yay, you're here! You've probably read or heard something nice about us that made you come to our website. Our first goal has been achieved, yes!

Now, after you’ve discovered all the easter eggs on our website and you're convinced about that particular job opening you scrolled by, it's time for you to go for it and apply. Application done? We will take some time to look at your profile in order for us to give you the correct feedback.

If we see a potential match with your profile, we would like to get to know you better. During a video interview with a management team member, we'd like to discover what you're good at and what you're looking for in a job. We'd also like to tell you more about The Master Labs, so you can better understand who we are. All your questions are more than welcome.

If you are still enthusiastic after the online interview (and if we are too :) ), we would like to invite you to our office for a follow-up interview with one of the company owners. We can't promise to let you go right after that. We'd love to show you around our office!

Proposal

If the trip continues to go well, then this is the moment when we offer you a proposal! This means we're convinced you will be of great value to our team, and we would love to have you on board. You will receive a proposal briefed by someone from our management team so that everything is clear right away.

Proposal accepted? Let's make it official! We're ready to sign your contract. One thing is for sure: you will be welcomed with open arms.

After signing out the contract, the countdown to your first day of work can begin. In the meantime, our team will contact you to get everything ready for a good start. If we have company events before your first day, we would love to invite you to drop by.

Your first weeks at The Master Labs will be characterized by many people coming to welcome you (whose names you will probably forget, but hey, it turned out that it gets easier as the weeks go by), training to get you up and running, and regular check-ins to ensure that everything goes fine.
